Situated at the nexus of music, performance, and visual arts, Nicolas Fehr’s practice is characterized by an interweaving of pop-culture, folklore, and personal biography. Most recently, Fehr has found an interest in creating mixed-media environments for exhibition spaces such as the Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, Brücke Museum Berlin, and Weserburg Museum of Modern Art Bremen. He releases music with under his own name and with his bands ‚Group Hug‘ and ‚ooi‘. He lives and works in Berlin.
