Ovid is a Brooklyn-based, Korean-Salvadoran Producer/DJ originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area who has been making electronic music for over 10 years. Deeply influenced by the Hard Drum movement borne out of Bristol, UK, he has contributed drum-forward bass music releases to labels such as Ireland's FLOOD, Brooklyn-based Production House Loosee, and most recently Bristol keystone Nostro Hood System. DJ sets involve a blend of all things bass and drum, from UK Funky to drum-forward techno, Gqom to Dubstep, with explorations into the spaces in and outside of those realms.
