Ola Radio is the Marseille-based cultural online radio specializing in electronic music and avant-garde aesthetics. It brings together over 80 residents from Marseille, France, and around the world. Established in 2019, Ola aims to unite actors from various musical scenes and provide a creative platform for emerging artists. With a diverse and sophisticated program, Ola strives to be both cutting-edge and accessible. It nurtures a diverse and unique community that grows stronger with each passing year. Always evolving, the Ola team continually explores new ways to delve into music, pushing the boundaries of sound creation, and fostering artistic audacity.
Olga productions
Established in late 2019, Olga Production label endeavors to push the sonic and geographical boundaries of electronic music. After over 3 years of existence, the Ola Radio team sought to strengthen the ties they have built with the surrounding community of artists by introducing their own label: Olga Productions. Olga serves as a platform for the dissemination and promotion of cherished emerging artists from Marseille and beyond.

, ' ' · , sur les cendres is a 11-tracks compilation exploring the theme of life reclaiming its rhythm after the euphoria of reconstruction post-collapse (Literally or figuratively). We wanted to work around the new rituals, journeys, and ways of celebration—the soundtrack to emerging from the ashes and discovering fresh avenues for revelry and exploration, embracing the novel expressions of joy, the rhythms of resilience.
This release marks the end of a trilogy on Olga Productions, following "DÉLITEMENT" and "Ruines."
As the final installment in this cycle, ", ' ' · , sur les Cendres" completes the narrative arc, offering a musical journey that reflects the evolution from decay to renewal, from desolation to rediscovery.
Cheat Code Show
The cheat code show is an ambitious project by Ola radio in collaboration with Cindy Bluray (Daisy Mortem) and Pakun Jaran. It aims to bring together different artists who share the same intimate passion for music and video games. Each artist drawn to this project will create a unique interactive and auditory work reflecting their personal links to video games. In sum, this show seeks to illustrate the degree to which video games have influenced producers in their lives and in their creative work.
The 9 artists invited for the show’s first season come from various artistic backgrounds and geographic areas. These range from : Chicago-based contemporary artist Vyle, Japanese music with DJ Sakusahara, Sao Paulo-based producer Xiao Quan and Cindy Bluray, to lead singer of the french-based Daisy Mortem duo. The latter artists have conceived the works conveyed through the episodes as sonic auto-biographies, intimate experiences told through the collective experience of the virtual. Visually, this project adopts an innovative approach.
Each episode will be illustrated by a corresponding visual world curated by the artist s1m0nc3ll0, based on gaming esthetiques and experiences. Once added up, all worlds will form a general map used as an illustration for the show’s first season. This map includes artifacts, allies or end bosses and features a musical journey specific to each corresponding artist. All of these maps will be assembled on a specifically dedicated website (still under construction) whilst each episode will unlock a new world on the latter website - thereby adding to the interactivity and excitement for the audience following the unfolding of the different episodes.
s1m0nc3ll0’s approaches maximalist design and VFXs, his main fields of expertise, with a fantastic and magical view. He finds inspiration in Heroic Fantasy books, video games, and medieval music.
Samuel Bassett is a web designer/developer oriented towards the creation of new web experiences with the latest available technologies in a way to offer the most resilient web solutions, whilst always placing the human at the center.
